ELECTRA actively contributed to the 7th International Conference on Integration of Renewable and Distributed Energy Resources (IRED) as partnering organization.
On October 24th a side event workshop "Testing and Research Infrastructure for Future Power Grids" was organized in cooperation with SIRFN - ISGAN.
For each topic identified in the Agenda, a presentation was delivered both by an ELECTRA Partner and by a SIRFN member. The discussion following the presentations put the basis for further cooperations between ELECTRA Partners and Americans laboratories.

ELECTRA team also provided an import contribution to the IRED conference. On October 26th Luciano Martini (RSE) co- chaired Session 3 "Market & Regulatory Framework" ,where Irina Olenikova (IPE) delivered a presentation. On October 27th Helfried Brunner (AIT) co- chaired Session 5 "Standard and Evolution of Grid Codes for the Integration of Renewables and Distributed Resources".
